Deskfirst Pro allows you to create a whopping amount of up to 100 web desktops so that every client, project, and use case, receives a dedicated web desktop, making sure that no two worlds ever collide. Separation, remember?

It also provides you with a massive storage capacity of 500 GB with the flexibility to control how you allocate it across your different web desktops. You can allocate as much storage as you think you’ll need at the time of every web desktop’s creation, and you also have the option to change it dynamically on the go. Flexibility, remember?

Not only that, but you also get the option to control the branding of every single web desktop that you create – upload your company’s logo to your web desktops and make sure that every person who has access knows exactly who you and your company are. Freedom, remember?

The benefits of Deskfirst Pro are maintained even outside of your organization

One of the benefits that the Pro license provides is the ability to be invited to others' web desktops with full permissions - i.e. as an Editor or Manager ( learn more about Access Permissions).

But we’ve taken it one step further and decided that this freedom shouldn’t be bound to a Team.

What this means is that if you assigned Pro licenses by adding members to your Team, these members can be invited Editors or Managers even to web desktops that were created by Deskfirst users who aren’t a part of your Team, without you having to purchase extra licenses.

To illustrate how cost-effective it is for you, let’s imagine the same Deskfirst, but with a bit different pricing model (which is very popular today).

That pricing model says that once you’ve assigned Pro licenses to members of your Team, all of the benefits exist only within your Team. And if you want them to continue enjoying all these benefits when invited to web desktops created by users outside of your Team, you have to purchase extra licenses.

In this scenario, if you want 10 members of your Team to have access as Editors or Managers to 5 web desktops created by users from 5 different Teams, you’d have to pay for 50 more Pro licenses!

But that’s not the case.
