Reset your password without logging in
Use this option if you can’t access your account and you’d like to reset your password.
- Go to Deskfirst’s homepage at – Deskfirst.com.
- Click on the Log In button.
- Click on Reset Your Password.
- In the Email field, fill in your email address.
- Click on the Send Email button.
- Check your inbox for an email prompting you to reset your password and click on the Reset Password link.
- In the Password and Password Confirmation fields, fill in your new password.
- Click on the arrow button to confirm. You can now log in with your new password.
Reset your password through your account
Use this option if you can access your account and you’d like to set a new password.
- Click on the profile icon on the top menu.
- Click on Profile.
- Click on Reset Password.
- A popup will appear confirming that an email with instructions for resetting your password was sent. Click OK.
- Check your inbox for an email prompting you to reset your password and click on the Reset Password link.
- In the Password and Password Confirmation fields, fill in your new password.
- Click on the arrow button to confirm. You can now log in with your new password.
