Accessing Web Desktops Shared with You

Hi there! In this article, we’re going to cover how you can access web desktops that other Deskfirst users shared with you.

Access a web desktop shared with you

1. Click on the Current Desktop button on the top menu.
   Alternatively, you can click on the profile icon on the top menu.
2. Click on the Desktops Manager button.
3. Click on the Shared With Me tab.
4. To access the desired web desktop, simply click on its name. Next to the web desktop’s name, you’ll be able to see who invited you, what’s your access permission, and when was your last visit.
   
   

   Access permission higher than Viewer requires a Pro license. If you appear as an Editor or Manager of a web desktop that was shared with you and you currently don't have a valid Pro license, your actual access permission will be Viewer until you have a valid Pro license.
