Cancel the Pro Plan

We’re sorry to see you go! If there’s one thing that we’re taking seriously is what our customers have to say, so if you’d like to share with us what we can do to make you happy, don’t hesitate and reach out to us now!

If you choose to cancel anyway, please read the article What Happens When Pro Is Cancelled? and be sure that you understand and are prepared for all the implications. 

Here’s what you need to do to cancel:

  1. Click on the profile icon on the top menu.
  2. Click on Billing.
  3. Click on the Cancel Plan button.
  4. In the text field, type proceed.
  5. Click on the Proceed button.
  6. For the final cancellation of your Deskfirst Pro plan, click on Cancel Plan.

    This will cancel your plan immediately after your billing cycle ends!

  7. Optional – In the feedback window that opened, share with us what made you cancel and click Submit.
    We’re taking seriously what our customers have to say! Anything you write here will be read.
  8. Click on Return to Deskfirst to go back to your web desktops.
  9. Optional – if you change your mind before your billing cycle ends, you can renew your canceled plan with the same amount of Pro licenses you had before canceling! To do that, click on Billing from your web desktop.
  10. Optional – click on Renew Plan from the Billing Portal.
  11. Optional – click on Renew Plan, and confirm by clicking on Renew Plan again.
    This will immediately change your plan back to Pro, and all of the implications of canceling will be prevented!
